Haunted Sangria
This kicked-up batch of sangria is spooky good, made with Mtn Dew Livewire, Mtn Dew Code Red, white wine, brandy, and colorful fresh fruit.
Ingredients
- Bottle of dry, crisp, white wine (Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc) 1 (750 ml.)
- Brandy 2 oz.
- Freshly squeezed orange juice (use blood oranges if in season) 4 oz.
- Mtn Dew Livewire 8 oz.
- Mtn Dew Code Red
- Strawberries, sliced 10
- Raspberries 1 Pint
- Apple, diced 1
- Orange, sliced (use a blood orange if in season) 1
- Ice As needed
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 30 minutes.
2. Serve by placing a few pieces of the fruit in the bottom of a cup.
3. Add ice, pour in the sangria, and serve.
